Everyone sets New Year's resolutions in January. But the start of any month can, week, or even day can be an opportunity to set new goals.  I personally love September to set new goals and create new habits, before the craziness of the holidays set in.


This month, before the cold months roll in, start the habit of moving every morning!  Many of us have limited time in the morning but moving for just 5-10 minutes can completely alter your body's ability to manage sugars, burn fat, have mental clarity and focus, and overall be healthier!  


We challenge you to move every morning for 5-10 minutes.  That is all you need to give your body the self love and care it needs which can lead to even more benefits throughout the day!  

Below we are even giving you a short 5-10 minute bodyweight workout to do before you go full speed into the day.
