Pre- workout is a supplement which you drink up to 30 minutes before you start working out and sometimes even at the beginning of a workout if you have a long warm-up.
What does pre-workout do?
Pre-workout can have many functions and benefits depending on the ingredients it contains. Let’s take a look at the core ingredients of SHREDZ pre-workout and their purpose!
Theacrine is a stimulant similar to caffeine. Meaning it helps boost your energy! The cool thing is that your body will not build up a tolerance to it, like it would caffeine or other stimulants. So it always works!
Beta Alanine is an amino acid, or a protein building block. This particular amino acid help decrease muscle fatigue, helping the muscle to work harder. Meaning it may help your push out just a few more reps!
