  • 20 Alternating Side Lunges
  • 10 Up Up Down Down Walking Planks
  • 20 Jump Squats 
  • 20 Second Wall Sit
  • Rest 1 minute 
  • Repeat 3-5 times!

Tuesday

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 20 Skater Jumps
  • 15 Inch Worms
  • 20  Seated Box Jumps
  • 20 Glute Bridges
  • Rest 1 minute 
  • Repeat 3-5 times!


Wednesday

  • 20 Alternating Reverse Lunges
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 20 Sumo Squats
  • 15 second Side Plank Each Side
  • 20 Switch Jump Lunges
  • 20 Glute Bridges
  • Rest 1 minute 
  • Repeat 3-5 times!

Thursday

  • 20 Mountain Climber
  • 10 Side Lunges each side
  • 20 seconds High Knees
  • 15 Plank Jacks
  • 15 Chair Dips
  • 10 Burpees
  • Rest 1 minute 
  • Repeat 3-5 times!

Friday

  • 20 Alternating Forward Lunges
  • 10 Lying Hip Lifts each side
  • 20 Reverse Lunges each side
  • 15 Push ups
  • 20 Switch Jump Lunges
  • 15 Seated Box Jumps
  • Rest 1 minute 
  • Repeat 3-5 times!
