Sometimes you just want a quick and refreshing breakfast before heading out the door!  Maybe it's post cardio and the cold smoothie just helps bring you back down.  Or maybe its a beach day and you need something cool while laying out.


Either way this healthy green smoothie is the perfect way to start your day right!

It is packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and essential vitamins and minerals!


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, blueberries or chopped mangos
  • 1/4 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop SHREDZ Unflavored Collagen
  • Ice, as much as you like


Directions:

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

If it is too thick for your liking just add a bit more almond milk. 

 If smoothie is too watery, you can thicken it with a handful of ice!
