Subscription Benefits

This site offers the opportunity to subscribe to several benefits depending on the subscription option, including, but not limited to, supplements, plans and the like.  For example, customers have the option to choose a monthly subscription of Shredz Detox.  We reserve the right to modify, enhance, terminate or otherwise change particular subscription characteristics based on supply, business need, or the like.

Subscription Shipping Costs – Continental United States

All shipments within the continental United States are subject to a standard Shipping and Handling fee. 

Subscription Shipping Costs – Outside the Continental United States

All shipments outside the continental United States will incur a Shipping and Handling fee based on the product(s) selected for the recurring monthly subscription. The Shipping and Handling fee can be based on market rates offered by our carriers. These fees sometimes vary due to international trade economics, fuel charges, and the like. Although we work to minimize this Shipping and Handling fee, we cannot guarantee that the amount will remain the same on a monthly basis.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription, such that subsequent payments are not made (so long as the cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the scheduled payment date). Such a cancellation has to be made via our Subscription Cancellation guidelines:

To cancel Subscriptions that started before January 27, 2016 (i.e., made via PayPal)

• Log in to your PayPal account (paypal.com)
• Click “Profile” towards the top of the page.
• Click “My money”.
• Click “Update” in the “My Pre-approved Payments” section.
• Locate the subscription for Shredz, hit cancel, and finalize any pending steps PayPal presents you with

To cancel Subscriptions that started after to January 27, 2016:

• If you have a Shredz.com account

o   Navigate to the “Account” page on the Shredz.com website and select “Log in”

o   Login to the account using the same email address as that associated with the subscription

o   Once logged in, navigate to the “Subscription” page

o   Select “Cancel” for the subscription that you would like to cancel

• If you do not have a Shredz.com account:

o   Navigate to the “Account” page on the Shredz.com website and select “Log in”

o   Select “Sign Up” from within the login window

o   Sign up for a Shredz.com account using the same email address as that associated with the subscription

o   Once logged in, navigate to the “Subscription” page

o   Select “Cancel” for the subscription that you would like to cancel

• If you are having trouble cancelling via an online account:

o   E-mail cancelsubscription@shredz.com

o   You must email from the same email address as that associated with the subscription

• If you cannot gain access to the email account that is associated with the subscription:

o   Call 1-855-I-AM-SHREDZ to cancel your subscription

Subscription Term and Renewal

If you sign up for the subscription option, you agree to purchase at least one month of the Shredz products you purchased via the subscription option. The subscription amount is billed on a monthly basis. There is an automatic renewal of the subscription, unless cancelled prior processing of a subscription cycle end date (generally equal to seven (7) business days prior to the date the fee is charged to your account).

Subscription Information Storage

Only your identification information, address, e-mail address, payment information, phone number and subscription type is retained.  The payment information may be stored via a secure server or via a third party service such as PayPal®. We do not provide any warranties whatsoever on what third-parties such as PayPal® do with respect to the retention and security of your personal and payment information.

Use of Subscription

Your subscription is non-transferable. You agree that only you will have access to the subscription benefits. Benefits are not for resale. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscriber user account information and password. You agree to promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your subscription number.

Payment

You agree to honor your payment obligations.  Also, there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices. We do not guarantee refunds for items already shipped (See refund policy) or subscriptions cancelled after the processing of an order begins (generally 7 days prior to the renewal date).

If you purchase any of our subscription options, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay these fees may result in the termination of your subscription and reimbursement to us of such fees.

Further, note that:

1. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on shipping location (e.g. exchange rates).

1. You authorize us to store your identification information, address, payment information, subscription level purchased and e-mail address on file.

1. You must pay us for applicable fees and taxes unless you cancel the Subscription, in which case you agree to pay these fees through the end of the applicable subscription period.

1. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping information that you provide us at the time of purchase.
